OMC Running Group to Begin November 3rd

Ozarks Multisport Club is pleased to announce the formation of a weekly running group, sponsored by The Starting Block, beginning Tuesday, November 3rd and every Tuesday thereafter. An employee of The Starting Block will open the store at 5:40 a.m. for water and last minute bathroom needs. The group is scheduled to start at 5:45 a.m. There will be at least one designated group leader from OMC, including Derek Kaelin, Nathan Allen, and Dan Fannin. A 5K (3.11 mile) route has been mapped out http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=3289709 and can be run once, or twice around for those who need the longer distance. Coach EJ along with our run captains will be putting together drills and teaching points throughout the year to enrich the run training experience. Runners of all abilities are encouraged to attend.
